City hall linked the levy adjustment to commitments already recorded in the 2025 municipal budget framework.

A family registered with the city housing portal in the 19th arrondissement can now apply for one of the new subsidized units scheduled for completion in 2027. A small retail operator on rue de Rivoli faces an 8 percent increase in its annual levy bill beginning in October. The supplementary budget paper records a total of 85 million euros for the expanded program.
